During the onset of COVID-19 in the US in 2020, A-List Communication prepared multilingual educational materials for California Department of Public Health (CDPH) who worked closely with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The educational materials are to be published for the general public about COVID-19. For several months, A-List translated and transcribed federal orders, documents and script, and provided captioning in the educational videos in 20 different languages (including some very rare languages such as Chaldean Neo-Aramaic and Congolese Swahili) with rapid turnaround.
